At BazaarX, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.

We comply with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations. You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or return depending on the issue with your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged or faulty
  • The item is incorrect or not as described
  • You received the wrong product

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Some items may not be eligible (see Section 6)

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect it to confirm eligibility
  • If approved, your refund will be processed
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 3–5 business days

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item), we cover return shipping
  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Digital products (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse

7. Exchanges

We may offer replacements instead of refunds for:

  • Faulty items
  • Incorrect items
  • Damaged goods

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Contact your bank, as processing may take time
  • If you still have not received it, contact us

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. You are entitled to goods that are:
